The room lacked proper elevated space for luggage. I spotted some mold in the shower area, which could use some attention to detail for cleanliness.

Location: the hotel was right by restaurants, including a couple right next door as well as airport at really early time. The guest room with good lighting had all necessary amenities.

The bathroom had a musty smell, although it was very clean. It could benefit from better ventilation.

The location was a major plus, just a short walk from bustling restaurants and shops. I appreciated the packed breakfast when leaving early for our tour. It included a sandwich, cereal bar, and juice box. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and it had all the essential amenities we needed. The pillows could definitely use an upgrade as they were a bit flat and caused discomfort during the night.

Located just a short walk from the bus station, this spot offersnice and neat accommodations at an unbeatable price. The highlight was definitely the breakfast with delicious marmalade and thoughtful extras that showed great attention to guest needs. The hot water in the sink took a bit longer to come through, and it would be better if there was an upgraded pillow option as they were a bit flat. Despite these minor drawbacks, the value for the location is commendable.

The Superior Double Room was clean and comfy, located on a quiet street. I liked the great shower! It did get pretty hot in there, so a downstairs room might be better in summer. The late check-out at 12 was a nice touch too. A cozy spot for a short stay.

It was just a strong match for a weekend pause in Punta Arenas with great for the money. The location was super convenient for exploring the city on foot. Bring some earplugs as it can get a bit noisy at night.
